Chicken, cubed
Salt
Pepper
Corn flake crumbs
Milk

Wash and pat dry chicken. Sprinkle pieces with salt and pepper. Dip pieces into milk and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place pieces in a well greased shallow baking dish and bake in preheated slow oven on 325 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
