MANICOTTI WITH CHEESE FILLING 
8 oz. American Beauty Manicotti, uncooked
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
8 oz. (2 cups) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce

Brown hamburger; drain. Cook manicotti according to package directions; drain. Cool in container purchased in. Combine cheese, parsley, salt and pepper for filling; spoon into manicotti. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Mix rest of sauce with hamburger and pour over manicotti. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
