PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
2 c. crushed pineapple, packed in own juice
1 box sugar free pistachio pudding mix
1/4 c. non dairy whipped topping

Combine above ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Divide into four equal servings. Yield: 6 servings. Exchange Information: Fruit 1/2, Medium Fat Meat 1/2.
