ALL-BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. All-Bran cereal
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. Grandma's molasses
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Rinse and drain raisins. Beat egg lightly and combine with molasses and cereal. Let stand until partly absorbed by cereal. Sift flour with soda and salt; add raisins and flour mixture to cereal mixture. Stir only until all flour is moistened. Spoon into 6 greased individual loaf pans (or 12 muffins). Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
