These cookies are great for beginners. Also great idea to send out assortment of different types of cookies for those that are hard to shop for during the holidays. Nothing spells out love like homemade cookies. Cookie exchanges are also a great tradition to partake in each year. Also good all around to show those you love you are thinking of them. Good Luck and God Bless! 3/4 cup peanut butter 6 sticks salted butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 60 Hershey's candy kisses (wrappers removed) 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar Cream butter and sugar with a mixer on low setting until fluffy and light. Add vanilla extract stirring well. Add flour, mix until a dough is formed. Chill dough for a few hours until firm and easy to work with. Wrap 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy morsel and roll to form a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
