APRICOT - APPLE CRISP 
3/4 c. Gold Medal oat flour blend
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 c. chopped macadamia nuts (or other nuts, if desired)
4 med. tart cooking apples, pared and sliced
1 c. chopped dried apricots (about 6 oz.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour and brown sugar. Mix in butter; stir in nuts. Place apples in ungreased square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Top with apricots. Sprinkle flour mixture over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm. Makes 9 servings.

If apricots are very dry, cover with boiling water and let stand 3 minutes; drain.
