APPLE CRISP CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Spices according to your taste
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Blend Wesson oil, sugar, and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt, and spices. Then add apples, nuts, and vanilla and just stir to mix. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour in tube pan or less time in sheet pans. Will be crispy on top.
