LASAGNA 
6 lasagna noodles (pre-cooked)
2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 lb. Ricotta cheese (mixed with 1 beaten egg)
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Pour a little spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a lasagna pan. Lay 3 noodles to line bottom of pan. Layer with browned ground beef, sliced mushrooms, and 1 jar of the spaghetti sauce. Top with 3 more noodles. Layer the Ricotta cheese-egg mixture over and top with all the Mozzarella slices. Cover all with the remaining jar of sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
