SESAME GARLIC NOODLES 
8 oz. soba noodles, or other pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. tahini
3 tbsp. tamari
2 tsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. brown rice or apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. prepared bancha, kukicha or plain tea
1 tsp. chili oil or about 10 shakes Tabasco (to taste)
Scallions

Mix all ingredients except tea and chili oil (or Tabasco). Add tea slowly, mixing. Add chili oil or Tabasco, tasting for hotness.

Cook pasta and drain. Combine pasta and sauce. Garnish with scallions. Enjoy hot or cold.
