SELF - FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/3 c. sugar

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix according to directions. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Cream cheese with sugar, beat in egg, stir in chips. Drop 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directs. Makes about 30 cupcakes. Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. Garnish with walnuts.
