EASY OVEN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper for lasagna
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and stir beef until light brown. Drain. Stir in sauce mix and water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook macaroni in 6 cups boiling salted water until tender. Drain.

Mix macaroni, cottage cheese, 1/3 cup cheese, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread in ungreased 6x10 inch or 9x9 inch baking dish. Spread beef mixture over macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
