EASY MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Set power select to high. In large glass bowl, crumble ground beef. Heat 2-3 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring once. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese and egg. In oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers. Heat, covered 8 minutes on high. Set power at medium low. Heat, covered, 30-32 minutes or until noodles are tender. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand covered for 15 minutes before serving.

Oven Method: Cook lasagna in water. Drain. Assemble as above. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
