LASAGNA - THE EASY WAY 
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Lasagne noodles, uncooked

Brown and drain sausage. Add spaghetti sauce. In separate bowl mix ricotta cheese and eggs. Place a small amount of sauce in bottom of 13"x9" pan. Line pan with uncooked noodles. Spread half of ricotta mixture over noodles. Pour half of sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Repeat. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. It's fast and easy with a lot less mess and it is great.
