HONEY PECAN BAR COOKIES 
Crust:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. flour

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. whipping cream
4 c. pecans, chopped

Line a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with foil. Butter foil. Cream butter with brown sugar. Add yolk. Gradually add flour. Press into pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until brown. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and honey. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream and nuts. Pour over crust.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or until hot and bubbly. Cool. Lift out of pan by tinfoil. Cut into bars.
