DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. milk

Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening, mix in milk to form a soft dough. Spoon into any soups or casseroles. When using it on top of cream chicken soup, etc., simmer with vent or cover open for 10 minutes, then shut vent and cook for 10 minutes at 225 degrees.
