WHOLE WHEAT OAT BRAN PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oat bran
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Mix liquids in blender. Slowly add dry ingredients and blend. Bake pancakes. Pancakes may be frozen and reheated in microwave. Batter can be made a day ahead.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
