TUNA PATTIE 
1/3 c. hot water
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 slice bread, cubed
3/4 tsp. beef bouillon
Garlic to taste
4 oz. drained tuna

Combine water, bouillon, onion flakes and bread in a bowl. Let set until liquid is absorbed. Add tuna. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
