TUNA QUICHE 
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
6 oz. can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Thaw pie crust and bake for 5 minutes. Distribute tuna over bottom of pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna. Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over tuna mixture. Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes or until top is brown.
