PEPPER CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 lg. pepper (or sm. red & sm. green)

Grate cabbage coarsely. Chop pepper(s) coarsely. 2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. white vinegar

Combine vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour over cabbage, peppers and celery. Toss well. Sometimes more salt or vinegar may have to be added, according to your taste.
