POLYNESIAN SWEET AND SOUR BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
3 green peppers, diced
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix first 6 ingredients, make into bite size balls. Bake in 350 degree oven until don. Put peppers, pineapple, meatballs in saucepan, add 1 1/2 cups beef broth and meat juices and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar well and add to pan with other ingredients. Cook 10 minutes more.
