HAWAIIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. shortening

Combine all ingredients except flour and shortening. Mix lightly but thoroughly shape into 30 balls. Roll in flour brown in shortening drain off excess fat.

SWEET SOUR SAUCE:

1 (13 1/2 oz.) c. pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Drain pineapple reserve syrup and enough water to make 1 cup liquid blend pineapple liquid and corn starch until smooth. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook until thickened and clear.

Add pineapple, green pepper and pimento, mix well. Cover. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Pour over meat balls cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 6 servings.
