SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. oil
3 lg. green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
6 slices canned pineapple, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Accent
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Shape beef into 18 balls. Combine egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Dip meatballs in batter and fry in oil until brown. Remove meat balls and keep hot. Pour out all but 1 tablespoon oil from skillet. Add 1/2 cup bouillon, green pepper and pineapple.

Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, mix remaining ingredients and add. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes.
