MEAT BALLS 
3/4 lb. ground lean beef
1/4 lb. ground lean pork
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Few drops hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients, except butter, and mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls. Brown in butter and drain. Add to Sweet-Sour Sauce and simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot.

SWEET - SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine sugar, water, vinegar, paprika, and salt. Cook 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water and cook until thickened. Serve over meat balls.
