SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 cup hot fat or salad oil. Remove meat and stir into fat.

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir in:

2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sweet or cultured sour cream

Return meat to gravy cook 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
