SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix and shape above ingredients into walnut-shaped meatballs; brown in 1/4 cup vegetable oil; remove meatballs.

GRAVY:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream

Make gravy by adding flour, paprika, salt and pepper to drippings from meatballs. Then, stir in boiling water and sour cream. Put meat balls back in and cook 20 minutes. Or, can put in a baking pan or dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes.

I did try your mixture for the meat and found it quite nice, I myself used a 3 lb. Pkg. Of ground beef and mixed in 1 package of beef stew mix powder, mixed it into the meat and baked till golden brown, took 1/4 cup of drippings and followed your gravy mix, but substituted chili powder for the paprika, and added more pepper and some garlic granules. Then added a beef cube to the 2 cups boiling water.
