KRISTINA'S SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs beaten (or Egg Beaters equivalent)
2 tsp. chopped onion (fine)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk (more or less)

Combine the above ingredients in food processor - roll into small meatballs and place in a microwave dish. Sprinkle soy sauce over for coloring.

Microwave on medium high for 6 minutes covered with plastic wrap, or can be cooked the conventional way in a frying pan - using a small amount of oil to cook them in.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
