MEAT BALLS - POLISH STYLE 
2 lbs. ground meat (1/2 pork & 1/2 beef)
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, grated
3 slices dried bread
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Soak bread in the milk. Add to meat mixture of eggs, onion and seasonings. Shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Add can of chicken broth. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with creamed cabbage and mashed potatoes. Makes 24 meat balls.
