CURRIED CHICKEN BALLS 
1 1/2 c. finely minced cooked chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. finely chopped raisins
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. dried bread crumbs

Mix together all ingredients, except egg and bread crumbs. Shape into 24 balls. Dip balls in beaten egg and then roll in bread crumbs. Arrange 12 pieces in a circle on a paper plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Repeat procedure with remaining 12 pieces. Serve with curry-flavored mayonnaise. Makes 24 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
