CURRIED CHICKEN BALLS 
1 1/2 c. finely minced cooked chicken
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. finely chopped raisins
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 egg slightly beaten
1 c. dried bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except egg and 1 cup bread crumbs. Shape into balls. Dip balls into beaten egg and roll in crumbs. Either brown in oven, 350 degrees, until golden or microwave - place 12 pieces in a circle on a paper plate, uncovered, power level 10 for 3-4 minutes. Repeat. Serve with curry flavored mayonnaise.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
