POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 pkg. instant Jello coconut cream pudding 1 c. water 1/4 c. poppy seed Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Lower heat to 350 degrees. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. May use a bundt pan and reduce baking time to 40 to 45 minutes. May use a glaze, frosting or leave plain. |
