1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. wine vinegar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce Meat tenderizer Mix all ingredients and pour over the meat and let set for 3 days. Turn 1 time each day. Cook on hot coals for 1 1/2 hours or until done. |
