FREEZER PICKLES 
2 qts. unpeeled, sliced cucumbers
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tsp. salt (not iodized)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Put cucumbers and onions in bowl. Sprinkle with salt; let stand 2 hours and then drain. Put in containers. Mix sugar and vinegar together. Pour over pickle slices. Store in freezer.
