ORANGE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice 1/2 c. cooking oil Mix eggs, oil, and oranges well. Add cake mix and beat again until thick. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool cake. TOPPING: 1 lg. box instant pudding mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple & juice 1/2 c. half and half 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix pudding and pineapple together; add half and half and beat again. Pour over cool cake. Spread Cool Whip over pudding and pineapple. Top with coconut and almonds. Refrigerate. Gets better after a day or two. |
