OREO CRUMB CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Oreos
1 1/2 c. butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. chocolate pudding instant
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Crush Oreos, save 1/4 cup. Put rest in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cream cheese and sugar. Add 1/2 Cool Whip. Pour over crumbs. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix pudding according to box. Pour over rest of stuff. Refrigerate 1 hour. Stir Cool Whip and pour over pudding. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate.
