SUPREME SALAD & SANDWICH MIX 
8 oz. sea legs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green onion
1/4 c. celery or cucumber, diced
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dill or tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all the above ingredients together and serve well chilled. Serve in a pita pocket or on crackers as a dip.
