SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 (10 oz.) jar red currant jelly (apple is OK)
1/2 c. instant oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
6 oz. can water chestnuts, minced

Mix all but catsup and jelly together. Form into bite size meatballs and place in an oblong baking dish. Heat catsup and jelly together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
