SWEET BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
3/4 c. milk

Cut Crisco into dry ingredients. Add milk - mix well but do not overmix. Pat out on a floured board 3/4 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
