CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
24 marshmallows
1/4 c. milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 (1 oz.) squares baking chocolate, grated fine

CRUST:

24 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter or shortening
1/4 c. sugar

Crush graham crackers. Mix with sugar and melted butter. Press evenly and firmly around sides and bottom of pie pan. Chill.

Cook marshmallows with milk over boiling water, stir until combined. Cool. Whip cream until stiff. Fold in grated chocolate and cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm. Garnish with part of the grated chocolate. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Yield: 1 (9") pie.
