CHERRY PINEAPPLE QUICKIE DESSERT 
1 can cherry pie filling
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. coconut
1 c. butter, melted

Mix together the pie filling and drained pineapple; pour into greased 9"x13" pan. Then mix the cake mix, coconut and nuts and put over the cherry mixture. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake at 325 degrees for an hour or until golden brown. Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Serves 24.
