BOOZIE BOURBON BALLS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 or 1/4 c. bourbon
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar and light corn syrup. Add the bourbon. Combine the vanilla wafers and chopped nuts. Add to the chocolate mixture (use a large mixing bowl). Form into balls (size as desired, usually 3/4"). Roll in either 10X sugar or regular sugar. Store in air tight container for several days to ripen. Makes approximately 75 balls.
