MICROWAVE POTATO SALAD 
4 c. (1 1/2 lb.) peeled cubed potatoes
1/3 c. water
1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. celery sliced
1/2 c. chopped pickle
1/2 c. chopped red or green pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine potatoes and water in 2 quart glass casserole. Cover and microwave high 8 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill. 6 servings.

I add about 1/2 package Sweet 'N Low or a little honey or sugar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
