MICROWAVE POTATO SALAD 
4 c. potatoes, peeled & cubed
1/3 c. water
1 c. salad dressing
2 eggs, boiled, chopped
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. red or green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. sugar

Place potatoes in a microwaveable 2 quart bowl. Add water. Microwave 12 minutes, covered, stirring after 6 minutes. Drain. Let potatoes cool if desired. Add all other ingredients, mix and chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
