BLUEBERRY ROLL | |
1 c. flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1 stick butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 carton whipped topping 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 can blueberry pie filling Mix flour, pecans, butter and brown sugar and press into bottom of large Pyrex dish or rectangular baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Mix softened cream cheese, topping, sugar, and vanilla. Beat at high speed until smooth. Spread over cooled crust and chill. Spread blueberry pie filling on top. Chill until ready to serve. Pretty dish to prepare a day ahead. |
