BRATWURST CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. bratwurst Potatoes Onions 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1/2 can milk Skin bratwurst, cut in small chunks. Fry until brown. Pour off grease. Grease casserole, slice potatoes in casserole, then onions, then meat; repeat. Cover with soup, water and milk mixture. Add salt and pepper if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
