STIR-FRIED CABBAGE | |
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. butter 2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery 2 c. shredded green cabbage 1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped 1/3 c. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. soy sauce Dash pepper, or to taste In 10 inch skillet, heat butter over high heat until bubbly and hot; add celery and cook, stirring quickly and frequently for 1 minute. Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion - continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, 2-3 minutes; add soy sauce and pepper. Stir well; cook for 1 minute longer. 4-6 servings. |
