SWEET AND SOUR PORK STEAK 
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 lb. pork steak

Bake pork steak at 350°F for 15 minutes. Turn down to 300°F.

Bake 15 minutes more. Turn meat and drain.

Make sauce and pour over meat and bake 1 1/2 hours more or until meat is tender. Use 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Baste meat with sauce every now and then.

Serve with hot rice and pour gravy over it.
