YEAR-ROUND SALAD 
3 med. cucumbers, scored with fork and sliced almost 1/4 inch thick
1 bunch sm. scallions, sliced thin, including about 1 inch of the green part
2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans, well drained
1 heaping tsp. Nature's Seasons
1 pt. sour cream

Toss cucumbers, scallions, and beans with seasoning. Stir in sour cream and chill thoroughly in airtight container. At serving time, stir well and put in serving dish or individual dishes and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Keeps well in refrigerator.
