5 thin slices smoked ham or can use Canadian bacon
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. green pepper or green chilies
1 lg. carrot, cut lengthwise

Roll up and tie. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
