ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini squash
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix in order, eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Add flour, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased and floured pan (2 loaf pans, or one bundt or tube pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
