4 LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix and press flour, nuts and butter in bottom of oblong pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool completely.

Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk; spread on top of cheese mixture. Spread 2 cups of Cool Whip on top of pudding and top with nuts if desired. Chill.
